Field Office Information

The Southern Oregon Field Office is located in the Central Point Labor Temple.  The office is staffed by two field representatives and one secretary.  Office hours are from 8AM - 5PM Monday through Friday.

Cindy Drought has been a field representative with OSEA for three years, serving the membership in Ashland, Butte Falls, Central Point, Glide, Medford, Southern Oregon ESD, and Three Rivers. She also serves as the staff coordinator on the Resolutions Committee and as Parliamentarian during OSEA Conference. Prior to joining OSEA, Cindy worked as an administrative assistant with the Montana Department of Justice. Cindy began her career in the labor movement as a chapter officer, job steward, and negotiator in the California School Employees Association when working as a classified school employee at East Side Union High School District in San Jose.

Ryan Olds began his career with OSEA years ago as a classified employee in Estacada. After law school, he worked briefly for Mike Tedesco's office.  Ryan has been serving as field rep since May 2011 and has been doing a great job for us since. 

Liz Lee, our secretary, has been with OSEA in her current capacity for the last 10 years. Before that, Liz served as a Chapter President, Vice President and Co-President in Ashland.  She has also worked as a Media and Educational Assistant and Office Manager.
